By doing an order look up on this page. You will need to enter the email address which you used when you made your order and your order no. which you would have received via email when we sent you your receipt.

We are currently working to reduce our delivery time, however at the moment our orders take 10-20 days to arrive. Please take this into account when ordering for an upcoming event.

Because we use USPS to ship our orders we have to rely on the accuracy of their tracking information. Sometimes the tracking information can be slow to update. If you are concerned that there is an issue with your order you can email us at support@nulights.com and we will start an inquiry with USPS

Our orders can take up to 20 days to arrive. Please order at least 3 weeks before an upcoming event to be sure that your order arrives in time.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after your purchase. Simply send us an email at support@nulights.com with your order number and we can process your refund. Refunds take 3-5 working days to process. After 24 hours your order would have likely already been shipped so we cannot offer order cancelations after this time.

If you accidently selected the wrong shipping address, or ordered the wrong size/color then you can change your your order within the first 24 hours after your purchase. Please send us an email at support@nulights.com with your order number and the change you would like to make. After 24 hours your order would have likely already been shipped so we cannot offer order changes or cancelations after this time.

In the rare case that you receive a faulty or defective product, please send us an email at support@nulights.com with your order number, some photos or preferably a video of the defective unit. In the same email please also confirm that the shipping address for your replacement would be same as your original order. All replacements/refunds for defective units are decided upon on a case by case basis.

For retail items we offer returns for 30 days after your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your item please send us an email at support@nulights.com with your order number, and we will send you the full return instructions. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes "Free + Shipping" offers as we cannot refund shipping charges. We do allow a 24hr window for any orders to be cancelled before they are processed however, after this time window all "Free + Shipping" orders are non-refundable.You can view our full refund policy here
